Review of Past Meetings
Philip acted as Chair to convene discussion and clarify issues with group meetings in December and January, and examine organizational dynamics.
Philip encouraged all involved to consider their motivations in participating in Map Kibera, how they can contribute, and short and long term goals and opportunities for the group. Separate logistic issues such as where group is based, how it's structured, time management, and communication.
Venue and Times for Regular Meetings
Group has fee free options for meeting space at CfK, KCODA, and SODNET. Other fee based options exist. All require advanced booking. Due to convinience, budget, and availability factors, it was decided that...

Organizational Structure
Initial formal roles are to be minimum required. A vote will be held next meeting. Votes will be secret, and you can not vote yourself for each position.

Partnerships
Discussed need for a partnership strategy, and definition on working with other groups.
Ken updated on meeting Kenyans for Peaces, who are interested in capacity building and community meetings with the group. We are awaiting work plan/ideas from them to evaluate.
