PRELIMINARIES
Mikel welcomed the members and read the previous minutes

Briefings from UNICEF from their representative
A talk from Phillip on the issues to with registering the group

MIN02/2010
Phillip is interested in up coming groups whom they used to be in the start. He talked of the way they came in their organisation till where they are now. He told the members that this was a crucial point for them to think and do a swot analysis. He also said we need to know, who are we? Where are we? Are we still the same number? Bonding and where do we want to go

He also told the group each one to become an ambassador and capacity building of the group. He then asked each ane of us what they have achieved since we started the project:
Ken said we have achieved a lot in silage, bonding but not tabulated our work.
Gideon said has understood a lot on technology and the link between it, development vs community support and sustainability.

Regina talked of networking being good and she argued the members to keep it up.

Mildred said he has learned a lot and the seeing prosperity. Lucy said she was poor in socializing where she has now improved on. She also gained some knowledge in computer and lastly her worry is how will she use the knowledge that already acquired?

Millicent she talked about capacity building so that can help to go about contradictions and member to reach consensus whenever group have meetings.
Gideon; he has no ideas where the group is heading to.

Maurine; we have acquired a lot in terms of unity.

Mickel; I have a challenge having you and how to maintain you sustainable.
Erica; the igure between what we want to do and the technology.


TRUST, NGOs, CBOs
Coming up with the vision
Scope; besides mapping what else?

Objectives
Ken; he thinks we should be affiliate to open street map
NB; legal structures which include the CBOs, NGOs, etc

Tasks; Mikel and Erica should share with us about (OsP) VISION

Douglas and Philip to look into the structures of different legal frameworks while others to look for what to be engauge in
Planning session and clear time line.
